Skills Required

  • Managing a sales team with strong leadership skills.
  • Coordinating with builders for APF creation.
  • Proper Penetration on the APFs done.
  • System oriented.
  • Positive mindset to Scaling up.
  • Strong builder references and Contacts.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Managers in each market mentioned above should have a strong appetite to set up APF business from scratch,hire RMs and Sales officers in their territory and should have the ability to scale up at will.
  • Should be involved in policy related matters. Strong builder connections,team building skills, and achieving target numbers are a prerequisite for this role.
