TT Srinivasaraghavan began his career as a banker, before moving to Sundaram Finance Limited in 1983. Starting his career as a department manager in the company, he was elevated to its Managing Director in 2003. He retired from Sundaram Finance on March 31, 2021, after 38 years of service, 18 of them as its Managing Director. During Srinivasaraghavan’s tenure as Managing Director, the company grew its balance sheet from under Rs. 800 crores to over Rs. 30,000 crores. He also led the diversification of the group from its traditional focus on medium and heavy commercial vehicles to a multi-product diversified financial services provider.
Srinivasaraghavan has over 40 years of experience in the banking and financial services sector and has been associated with leading trade-related organisations including the International Finance and Leasing Association, UK, of which he is a past President. He is a past Chairman of Equipment Leasing Association (India) and the Founding Chairman of Finance Industry Development Council (FIDC), the Representative body of Assets and Loan Financing NBFCs in India and was recently appointed as Chairman Emeritus of FIDC.
He has been involved with various Committees constituted by the RBI on NBFC-related matters, including the recently constituted Group of Advisors to Regulations Review Authority. He has also been appointed as a member of the Committee of Advisors for resolution of the SREI group of Companies. He serves as a Director on the Boards of several companies. He is also a Past President of the 189-year-old Madras Chamber of Commerce & Industry. Srinivasaraghavan was ranked among India's Top 100 CEOs, for three years in succession, 2013 and 2014 & 2015 in the Business Today- PWC rankings and was conferred the Baroda Sun Achievement Award for Leadership, in 2018.

Ms. Shyamala Gopinath has over four decades of rich experience in financial sector policy formulation in different capacities at Reserve Bank of India (RBI). At RBI, she held key positions and guided & influenced national policies in diverse areas of financial sector regulation and supervision, the development and regulation of financial markets, capital account management, management of government borrowings, foreign exchange reserve management and payment and settlement systems. She has served on several committees while with RBI. During 2001 to 2003, she was deputed as Senior Financial Expert at the International Monetary Fund. Ms. Gopinath retired as Deputy Governor of RBI, a position that she held for nearly 7 years. She served as Chairperson Advisory Board on Bank, Commercial and Financial Frauds for two years from 2012 to 2014.
Ms. Gopinath was also the Chairperson of the Board of Corporate Bonds and Securitisation Advisory Committee of SEBI.

Vijay has over 30 years of experience in the Banking and Information Technology sectors. Worked with the NIIT Group from the year 2000 until August 2012. Mr. Natrajan Ramkrishna, Independent Director at Vastu, is a qualified chartered accountant and a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with over 42 years of association across various professional services firms. Over his extensive tenure, to name a few Mr Natrajan held key positions such as the Country Head of Audit at KPMG and RSM in addition to partner positions at EY and PwC.
For most part of his association and by virtue of his position he was involved with promoters and founders in shaping the broader and long-term vision of the various organizations.
He recently retired from the services of SR Batliboi LLP and works with certain companies as a financial consultant. He was also associated with iconic companies such as Infosys, Wipro and Dr. Reddy’s Lab as Engagement Partner and by virtue of which, he possesses deep insight into and understanding about the working of Boards, Audit Committees, their roles, responsibilities in evolving and implementing strategy, culture, branding and in setting the tone at the top through the communication on policies and procedures of the organization. He has an expert knowledge of the organization’s business structure, policies and processes, Risk Management and Governance structures.

Sudhir N. Variyar is a Director at Vastu, he joined Multiples Alternate Asset Management in 2009 at inception. Sudhir has been in the private equity industry since 2005, and has a strong investment track record. Prior to Multiples, Sudhir was a Senior Director at ICICI Venture. In this capacity, Sudhir led investments in the financial services and energy sectors and was part of the Investment Committee at ICICI Venture. Sandeep was part of the founding team at Barclays Bank PLC in India as the Director and Head of Retail Assets and Banking Strategy.
Mr. Day is a Partner and member of the Investment Committee at Creation Investments Capital Management. Since joining the firm in 2011, he has been instrumental in the deployment of the funds managed by the firm and has played a key role in the deal generation, due diligence, deal structuring, and negotiation of transactions in India. Sujay Patil is the Co-Founder, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Operating Officer at Vastu Housing Finance. Earlier, he was the Chief Risk Officer managing risk strategy in line with the overall organisational goals, taking into consideration the portfolio growth, segmental focus, product mix, acquisition plans, risk cost budgets and other related variables. He lead all risk initiatives of the organisation and works towards efficiently managing the portfolio and asset quality.
Sujay is an experienced Banking & Financial services professional with leading organizations including GE Capital, Standard Chartered Bank, Indiabulls and Barclays Bank. He has successfully executed varied assignments in business strategy, product launches, planning, product management, front end sales, collections, CRM, cross-sell and portfolio management.

Satish Nair is the Chief Business Officer at Vastu Housing Finance. He leads business, portfolio and product management, and as part of the leadership group engages with investors, regulators, financial institutions, market participants and development financial institutions (DFI). Previously, he was managing treasury, marketing, corporate affairs and regulatory relationships at Vastu.
Prior to joining Vastu, he has led across various functions in rating products, business development, fixed income and industry research, investor relations, regulatory reporting, credit policy, and compliance at Fitch Ratings, India Ratings and Research and Brickwork Ratings.

Rohith is a founding team member at Vastu. He in his previous role spearheaded the IT initiatives at Micro Housing Finance Corporation Limited (MHFC). He co-designed MHFC’s end to end Loan Management process from Loan Origination to Loan Closing and successfully launched a cashless/paperless transaction process that increased efficiency and reduced annual operational costs. Shefali is an MBA in Finance & Digital Business from China Europe International Business School (CEIBS), Shanghai.
Anusha is the Head - Process Excellence, Simplification, and Automation at Vastu Housing Finance.
Anusha is managing operational excellence by constantly looking at simplifying complex existing processes and systems. As part of the senior leadership team, her primary objective as an internal challenger is to build a business with greater simplification, and automation with creative pathways for workflows and processes for superior, best-in-class customer excellence.
Anusha has over 13 years of experience and was previously managing operations and HR at Vastu. Previously, she has worked with JP Morgan and Home First Finance Company(HFFC).
Anusha has completed her Bachelor’s in Banking and Insurance at Mumbai University. She is currently pursuing her master’s in Data Science from Deakin University along with post-graduation in Business Analytics and Data Science from the University of Texas.
Bharat is a founding team member at Vastu. He has over 15 years experience in Banking & Financial services space in credit, risk and operations function across various organizations and asset classes both in the retail and corporate lending space. Bharat has previously worked with Magma Housing Finance, HDFC Bank and Standard Chartered Bank in the Credit Underwriting function for Mortgages in the Western region. He has strong Product, Process and Risk Management domain. Bharat is a qualified Cost Accountant from the Institute of Cost and Work Accountants of India and has secured an all India Rank of 13 in his Intermediate Exams.
Nikhil is a founding team member at Vastu. He has over a decade of experience in working with tech-driven initiatives. He was instrumental in setting up Netblade Solutions Pvt Ltd, which was involved in developing customised cross-platform software applications across multiple verticals and digital marketing.
Nikhil heads Information Technology at Vastu and is responsible for delivering Vastu's digital initiatives and developing and executing tech strategy and architectural direction. He took the lead in building an in-house development team that built a market-leading Pulse platform. Nikhil is focused on delivering a great digital experience that leads innovation in the consumer lending industry and building a scalable lending platform.
Additionally, he works with the Vastu Finserve team as a leadership mentor to drive performance, tech adoption, and innovation and deliver new initiatives to improve business and processes.
Nikhil has completed his BE in Computer Sciences from Mumbai University.
Vikki is a founding team member at Vastu. He in his previous role spearheaded the Finance team at L&T Housing Finance Limited and was responsible for managing the overall F&A function. He is a seasoned finance professional with strong technical skills and excellent operational experience. He brings with him rich expertise in Finance & Accounts, Taxation, Regulatory and Statutory Compliance, Investor Relations, Internal Audit, Treasury Management and Business Strategy. Vikki heads Finance & Accounts and Compliance functions at Vastu.
Vikki is a Chartered Accountant by Qualification with 8 years of Post Qualification experience.
Prasanna is a founding team member at Vastu. He has 14+ years experience in the mortgage industry across Banks and Financial Institutions in a wide range of areas encompassing sales, channel management and distribution management. Prasanna has previously worked with Equitas Finance Pvt.Ltd , Axis Bank, Future Capital Financial Services Ltd, Barclays Bank PLC and is responsible for building and growing our business as state head Karnataka. Prasanna is a B.Com graduate from Bangalore University.
Prraveen Khumar N is the Technical Head at Vastu Housing Finance. He manages the valuation vertical at Vastu. Having a quest for digital transformation, he has developed an automated system to track the strength of each collateral.
Prraveen Khumar N has over a decade of leadership experience in the field of valuation of immovable properties in financial services. He has worked with ICICI Bank, IIFL, and Equitas Small Finance Bank.
Prraveen holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
