Such individuals/entities demand cash or fund transfers to an individual bank account as processing fees for sanctioning loans or settling overdues against the loan with the company. These individuals/entities are fraudulently and illegally misusing the company’s trademark and/or corporate name and/or trade and/or brand names to lure the general public and are both harming our reputation as well as exploiting the general public. By way of this notice, we intend to caution the general public against such entities.

The general public is advised and cautioned not to rely on or act on any such fraudulent offers or sanctions made in the name of the company without verifying the authenticity of the contents. Please note that application fees and/or processing fees must be paid by Account Payee Cheque or Demand Draft payable to "Vastu Housing Finance Corporation Limited" only.
