Ask the VASTU credit officer about the costs, impact on the loan and savings expected.

2. Loan
Sanctions

Get a green loan sanctioned and sign an agreement for constructing a green home.

3. Start
construction

Start buying materials based on the Green Homes Checklist provided by VASTU.

4. Evidence
Collection

Save all receipts of green materials. Take photographs of items in the Green Homes Checklist.

5. Receive
EDGE certificate

After construction completion, documents listed in Green Homes Checklist will be submitted.
