Roles and Responsibilities

• Research and evaluate clients’ creditworthiness of customer/ cases
• PD / Customer visit, predict risks and Loan underwriting
• Approve/reject loan requests based on credibility, potential revenues
• Ensure all lending procedures comply with regulations
• In depth knowledge of end to end credit processes
• Credit underwriting, Credit assessment & credit operations
• Go for Branch visits & PD initiatives, Review of Sanctions of Under Writings of various Branches
• Assess the clients requirements and handle all customer queries with 100% satisfaction
• To guide, motivate and manage the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Strong Analytical & Credit Underwriting skills and preparing credit proposal of cases
• Assessing creditworthiness of the potential clients/Customers and Understanding of mortgage/property related knowledge.
• Ability to build, coach and mentor high performance oriented teams
• Good Team Management & Interpersonal skills for meeting with client to understand the business and concerned risk.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in credit management.
