We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our performance-driven digital strategy.

• Dream up and deliver campaigns that make an impact.
• Drive SEO, SEM, mobile marketing & content campaigns
• Boost brand recall + lead generation in emerging markets
• Make leads rain — from digital, social, search, and everywhere in between.
• Build WhatsApp journeys, SMS bursts, email drips — the whole shebang.
• Track leads from “Hi” to “Here’s your key!”
• Report on numbers that matter — and make them better.
• Own web, app & campaign performance (CAC, ROI, CPL)
• Keep the engine running: SEO, SEM, automation, analytics — you’re on it.
• Work with awesome teams to make things live, fast.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 8-10 years of digital marketing experience (BFSI? Awesome. Home loans? Even better!)
• Can run digital campaigns with one hand tied behind your back (but please don’t).
• Solid grasp of SEO, SEM, and performance tracking — you know what works, what doesn’t, and what could.
• A multitasker who can keep multiple plates spinning without breaking a sweat.
• Master of coordination — you can talk to tech teams, designers, agencies, and even the CEO without breaking a sweat.
